ANY GADGET AND SIMPLE INVENTORY

Do not starve, but eat right. The main mistake of many is a sharp reduction in calories. Instead, focus on the quality of the food. Include more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat protein (chicken, fish, legumes) and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil) in your diet.

OFFLINE OR ONLINE? PERSONAL OR GROUP?
OPTION ONE: OFFLINE TRAININGS
What do I need for an offline workout? You just play a video recording of a professional's workout and repeat the movements exactly after him. Advantages: you decide for yourself when your training will take place, you choose the place of classes yourself. You're alone with yourself, and shyness can't interfere with your workout. This is especially true for overweight people and beginners who cannot relax in the presence of others. And of course the price. For $5-10 you get a full-fledged professional instruction. Disadvantages: no one will point out mistakes to you, adjust the intensity, correct the vector of movements. Everything can be in vain.
OPTION TWO: ONLINE GROUP TRAININGS
