TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. Delivery Format
1.1. All technical audits and reports are delivered in digital format as a high-quality, secure PDF document.
1.2. Depending on the service tier, supplementary materials (priority matrices, roadmap spreadsheets, or raw telemetry data) may be provided via secure cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Notion, or a password-protected web link).
2. Commencement of Services & Timeline
2.1. Commencement of Work: Work is initiated immediately upon receipt of all necessary technical credentials and access (e.g., repository access, cloud credentials) from the Client. This marks the beginning of the manual expert analysis phase. Due to the immediate allocation of specialist resources, the service is considered active and non-refundable from this point forward.
2.2. Standard Delivery Window: Unlike automated tools, our audits involve manual expert analysis. The standard delivery window is 3 to 5 business days starting from the moment the Client provides full technical access.
2.3. Enterprise Strategy: For "Enterprise Strategy" or "Full Spectrum" audits, the delivery timeline may be extended as agreed upon during the initial consultation or via email correspondence.
2.4. Priority Delivery: If "Priority 24h Delivery" is purchased, the final report will be delivered within 24 hours of the Client providing full technical access.
3. Delivery Method
3.1. The final report will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process via Stripe.
3.2. Please ensure that info@idealday.online is added to your safe-senders list to prevent the delivery from being flagged as spam by your mail provider.
4. Acceptance of Deliverables
4.1. The Service is considered fully "Delivered" once the email containing the final report or the access link is sent to the Client.
4.2. We do not provide physical delivery (CDs, USB drives, or paper copies) due to internal security protocols and the sensitive nature of the technical data involved.
5. Support & Clarifications
5.1. After delivery, the Client has 14 days to request clarifications or minor adjustments to the findings if any technical inaccuracies are identified.
5.2. If no claims or requests for clarification are filed within 30 days of delivery, the Service is considered fully completed, accepted, and finalized by the Client.
